Our group consists of 5 high graduated IT specialists. We know each other for a long time because we had been studing in the same university and we have graduated in the same year. Our experience is about 5 years of commercial software development.
We worked separatly in different big IT companies for a long time, that is why we have seen all schemas of working with customers from the back stage. We do not appreciate a long chain of managers between customer and developer. Manager always tells to customer that only senior developers work on his project. It is not the truth in the most cases. Customer is money - it's a golden rule for every manager. That is why manager will accept every feature from the customer, even if it will be realy stupid from the developer's point of view. It's even better - customer will see that feature is realy stupid in his final product and he will paid for every change.. The only way to avoid wasting of money for a lots of such stupid steps is excluding of managers from the proccess.
The other slogan of our project is "No shit managers". So, our group is a group of the sympathizers united under this slogan.
Most of our projects are web solutions. The most experience we have with .NET projects, but the list of different languages and technologies that we know is realy long. You can see examples of our projects in the section.
us and you will see that all the software is written by interesting real freemind people but not robots or slaves :)
